Demo Boats
We're excited to once again offer on-water demo opportunities during the conference.
NMEA has reserved dock space for manufacturers bringing their own demo boats. For companies that do not have a vessel available, NMEA can help coordinate the use of a shared demo boat provided by a local NMEA member company.

Shipping to NMEA Expo & Direct Transport to IBEX
As a member benefit, NMEA has arranged a dedicated transportation provider to manage exhibitor freight to and from the NMEA Expo.
This service also includes direct transportation from NMEA to IBEX in Tampa, which takes place the following week.

- The Expo ballroom is fully carpeted, so there is no need to order carpet through the decorator.

Exhibitor Policy Regarding Suitcasing & Outboarding
To protect our valued exhibitors and their investment in attending and NMEA Conference and in supporting NMEA’s mission, our rules strictly prohibit solicitation; “suitcasing” or “outboarding” by individuals, attendees, or companies who transact business at the show or in official NMEA show hotel that HAVE NOT purchased an exhibit booth. NMEA rules also prohibit any individuals, attendees, or companies from scheduling an event that competes with an official event sanctioned and publicized by NMEA. SUITCASING refers to those non-exhibiting companies or persons who go to conferences as an attendee but “work the aisles” from their suitcase (briefcase) by showing physical products or brochures and solicit business in the aisles of the exposition floor. OUTBOARDING refers to non-exhibiting companies that set up exhibits or events outside of the exhibit hall-hotel hospitality suites or restaurants-and encourage show attendees to leave the show floor. Off-site events held during conference hours diminish the size and diffuse the quality of the audience available to legitimate exhibitors. Any individual, attendee, or company who is observed to be soliciting business in the aisles or other public spaces, or uninvited attendees in another company’s booth, will be asked to stop the activity immediately and may be asked to leave the premises. Likewise, known commercial activity conducted from a hotel guest room or hospitality suite, a restaurant or any other public place in proximity to NMEA by non-exhibiting companies, will be shut down.
